Travelyez is operated by , a limited liability company registered in the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA ("we", "us").

Travelyez is a travel price comparison and referral website. We are not a travel agency, tour operator, airline or hotel, we do not sell any travel service, and we never take payment from you.

Many links and search tools on this site are affiliate links, mostly through the Travelpayouts platform. When you click one and book or buy from the partner, we may earn a commission from that partner.

• You do not pay anything extra because of this; the partner pays the commission out of its own revenue.
• Prices are set by our partners and are normally the same as booking with them directly. We do not guarantee that any price is the lowest available.
• Commissions may influence which partners we feature, but they do not change the information we give about their services.

We follow the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidance on disclosing material connections.

1. Acceptance

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Bookings are with our partners

Every booking or purchase is made directly between you and the partner (airline, hotel, booking site or service provider) under that partner's own terms and privacy policy. The partner alone is responsible for the booking, payment, ticketing, changes, cancellations, refunds and customer service. We are not a party to that contract.

3. Prices and information

Prices, availability and other information come from our partners or public sources and may change at any time or contain errors or delays. The binding price is the one the partner shows you before you pay.

4. Travel information

Travel guides and tips on this site are general information only and are not legal, immigration, medical or tax advice. Always check visa, entry, health and safety requirements with official sources before you travel.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, try to breach or disrupt it, scrape its content at scale, or tamper with affiliate links.

6. Intellectual property

The Travelyez name, logo, site design and text belong to us. Photos are provided by Unsplash under the Unsplash License. Partner names and trademarks belong to their owners; mentioning them does not mean they sponsor or endorse this site.

7. Links to other websites

The site links to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, services or privacy practices.

8. Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from partner services, changes in prices or schedules, cancelled trips, or reliance on information on this site. Our total liability to you will not exceed US$100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time and will change the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated version.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.

This policy explains what data is collected when you use Travelyez, by whom, and why. The data controller is .

What is collected

• When you browse: our host, Cloudflare, automatically logs technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for operation and security.
• Your preferences: we store your chosen language and your cookie choice in your browser. They stay on your device and are not sent to us.
• Affiliate tool (only if you accept): Travelpayouts Drive collects technical data about your visit (such as the page, link clicks and device type) to attribute commissions. It runs only after you click "Accept".
• Flight search: the search tool on our site is provided by Travelpayouts, which receives your search details (cities, dates and number of travelers) and your IP address to show results.
• Visit statistics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see total visits and popular pages in aggregate. It doesn't use cookies to track you.
• Services that deliver page content: fonts from Google Fonts, photos from Unsplash, and some files from jsDelivr and cdnjs. These services receive your IP address in order to deliver the files.
• Machine translation (only if you pick a language other than English or Arabic): the page text and your IP address are sent to Google Translate to translate the page.
• If you create an account: we store your email address and your password in hashed form on Cloudflare's servers, plus what you add yourself in My trips: the company name, confirmation number, places, dates and your notes. An account is optional, and the rest of the site works without one.
• When you contact us: we keep your email and message so we can reply.
• Deal channels: if you join our WhatsApp or Telegram channel, those platforms process your data under their own policies.

We do not collect payment, card or passport details; booking and payment happen entirely with the partner. Once you are on a partner's site, its own privacy policy applies. Please don't save card or passport details in My trips. The trips you add are your own copy for convenience: they aren't connected to the company and don't update by themselves, so the company's records always come first.

Why we use it, and legal bases

• Running and securing the site and remembering your preferences: our legitimate interest in providing a working, secure website.
• Affiliate tracking with Drive: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Providing your account and My trips: performing the service you asked for.
• Replying to your messages: your request.
• Complying with the law where required.

Selling and sharing

We do not sell your personal data for money. We share it only with the service providers listed above, when the law requires it, or in a sale or merger of the business. Because the affiliate tool may count as "sharing" under some U.S. state laws, it stays off until you accept it, and you can reject it under "Privacy choices".

Browser privacy signals

We honor Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends it, the affiliate tool stays off unless you explicitly accept. There is no agreed standard for "Do Not Track" signals, so we do not respond to them separately.

Retention

We keep messages for up to 24 months, and hosting logs according to Cloudflare's settings. Your preferences stay in your browser until you clear them. We keep your account and trips until you delete them, and you can delete any trip, or your account and all its trips, yourself on the My trips page.

International transfers

We and most of our service providers are in the United States, so your data may be processed there.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU, the UK and several U.S. states), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to its processing, and to withdraw consent. In the EU and UK you may also complain to your data protection authority. Email us at and we will respond within the time the law requires; we may ask you to verify your identity. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Security and changes

We use an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and reasonable measures to protect data, but no system is completely secure. If we change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date.

You can change your choice at any time under Privacy choices, or delete cookies in your browser settings.
